1 Introduction

3 Your Account

Juun88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must ensure that the information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your details change, you should update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

• One account per player: Holding more than one account is a breach of these terms. Juun88 may close duplicate accounts and retain any balances in those accounts.
• Account security: If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact Juun88 support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
• Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure, minus any applicable pending bonus conditions, will be available for withdrawal subject to standard verification checks.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity notice. You will be informed before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.

Juun88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these terms, or if the account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your Juun88 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

• Your own funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is not permitted.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not arrive in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-send the same transaction without confirming with support first.
• No fees: Juun88 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider if you are unsure.

5 Withdrawals

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This is a standard requirement to protect players and ensure that funds are returned to the correct person. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method.

• Pending bets: Funds that are currently committed to an open bet are not available for withdrawal until the bet is settled.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money balances are withdrawn first; bonus balances are only withdrawn once all wagering conditions have been satisfied.

6 Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds change continuously during a match.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket and PSL, this means results as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international cricket authority. For other sports, the relevant governing body applies.
• Abandoned matches: If a cricket match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets are settled according to the platform's specific rules for that market, which may involve settlement at a reduced odds or void depending on the match stage reached.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market has a minimum and maximum stake amount. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Errors: Juun88 reserves the right to void a bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error. If a bet is voided for this reason, the stake will be returned in full.

For live in-play betting during PSL and T20 matches, the platform updates odds ball by ball. You are responsible for confirming the odds shown at the time you submit your bet. Bets submitted during a delay in the live feed may be voided or settled at the corrected odds at the platform's discretion.

7 Casino & Slots

Juun88 offers slot games and live casino content provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules of each individual game apply in addition to these general terms. Game rules are accessible within each game or in the game information section.

• Random Number Generators: Slot games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined independently for each spin and are not influenced by previous results.
• Live casino: Live casino games are played in real time with a live dealer. The results of live casino games are final once the round is completed. Technical disconnections during a live game do not affect bet settlement — the result stands as determined by the live session.
• Game availability: Not all games may be available at all times. Game providers may take titles offline for maintenance. Juun88 is not liable for any interruption to a specific game caused by the third-party provider.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction — a display error, calculation error or disconnection that prevents a round from completing — the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. Wins generated during a malfunction are not payable.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus expiry: Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

• Bonus abuse: Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
• Juun88 discretion: Juun88 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time it was credited.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Juun88 is committed to providing a fair experience for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform is not permitted.
• Arbitrage betting at scale: While individual arbitrage opportunities may arise from natural odds movement, systematic use of arbitrage strategies specifically targeting platform pricing errors is considered abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games or any other game type is prohibited.
